How will I get my refund?

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 12-15 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.
Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We are currently providing two methods for a refund:
1. Direct transfer to Bank Account.
2. Wallet Transfer.
- NEFT (Bank Transfer) refund will take 5 to 7 working days.
-.Wallet transfer will take a few minutes.
- The Payment Gateway Refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
