What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you received a damaged product you can easily return that product to our seller. We have a return facility for our customers. Before sending a return request to the seller. Please pack the product. The product should be in the original packaging as delivered to you. Just go to your dashboard and send a return request to our seller. After accepting your return request your item will be picked up by our courier boy and the refund amount will be credited to your bank account in 10-15 business days. You will receive an email regarding the successful initiation of the refund process.
